Day 1: Singapore – Bangkok – Islamabad

Depart for Islamabad and on arrival meet and transfer to hotel for overnight.


Day 2: Islamabad – Swat (B/L/D)

(Distance: 270 km, 8/9 hrs)
Today visit ancient city of Taxila including Taxila Museum where it is notable for its first class example of Gandharan sculpture and art. Taxila is one of the most important archaeological sites in Asia, and named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. En route to Swat we will visit the Buddhist ruins of Takhi-i-Bahi, one of the most imposing relics of Buddhism in the Gandhara region of Pakistan and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1980. Next visit Shingardar Stupa, said to enshrine the relics of Buddha. On arrival at Swat transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.


Day 3: Swat – Chilas (B/L/D)

(Distance: 315 km, 9/10 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Chilas via Shangla pass with majestic views of the Hindu Kush and the Himalayas. We continue on to Karakoram Highway, the 8th wonder of the world, along the mighty Indus river through different valleys of Kohistan. On arrival at Chilas transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.


Day 4: Chilas – KarimabadHunza (B/L/D)

(Distance: 245 km, 7/8 hrs)
This morning drive to Karimabad, en route stop at Thalichi to see the three beautiful mountains – Nanga Parbat (8125m), Rakaposhi (7788m) and Haramosh (7409m). Next stop at Junction point of three mighty mountains ranges – the Karakoram, the Himalayas and Hindukush. Lunch will be at Rakaposhi view point with majestic view of Rakaposhi (weather permitting). We will proceed on to Karimabad for dinner and overnight.


Day 5: Excursion to Hoper Glacier (B/L/D)

Morning proceed for excursion to Hoper Glacier by 4×4 jeeps through the Upper Nagar valley. Lunch at Hoper and thereafter drive back to Karimabad. In the afternoon, proceed for walking tour along the irrigation channel to see the local life of people and enjoy sunset on the mountains.


Day 6: Karimabad – Duiker (B/L/D)

This morning we will visit Baltit Fort, an ancient fort dating back 700 years ago and was the former residence of the Mirs of Hunza. Also visit Altit village, the birth place and first capital of the Hunza Kingdom. A tour to Altit Fort and visit to Karimabad Bazaar before driving to Duiker for a spectacular view of sunset against the backdrop of five mountains over 7000m, including Rakaposhi (7788m), Diran (7265m), Golden Peak (7028m), Ulter Peak (7388m) and Mulobiating.


Day 7: Karimabad – Khunjerab Pass – Passu (B/L/D)

(Distance: 280 km, 7/8 hrs)
Enjoy sunrise view in the early morning before driving to Khunjerab Pass, with beautiful views of Attabad Lake, Passu Cathedral, Passu Glacier and the foot of Batura Glacier, winding along one of the ancient silk route into China border. The Khunjerab Pass at 4733m is the highest paved border crossing in the world where on the other side of the border is the province of Xinjiang, China. Dinner and overnight stay in Passu.


Day 8: Passu – Gilgit (B/L/D)

(Distance: 145 km, 4/5 hrs)
Morning drive to Hassaini to see the old rope suspension bridge. Continue on to Gilgit where we will visit the old Gilgit bridge and Gilgit Bazaar. Dinner and overnight at hotel.


Day 9: Gilgit – Besham (B/L/D)

(Distance: 355 km, 9/10 hrs)
Breakfast at hotel and drive to Beshamenroute visit Chilas and Shatial Rock carving. On arrival at Besham, check in hotel for dinner and overnight.


Day 10: Besham – Islamabad – Bangkok (B/L/D)

Return to Islamabad where you will visit Daman-e-Koh and Faisal Mosque. Enjoy your farewell dinner before transferring to airport for flight to Bangkok.


Day 11: Bangkok – Singapore

Arrive in Singapore with wonderful memories of your trip to Pakistan.
