Day 1: Singapore – Johannesburg

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Johannesburg via Addis Ababa onboard Ethiopian Airways.Note: Passengers will depart in the early morning of Day 2.

Day 2: Johannesburg (D)

Upon arrival at Johannesburg, have an orientation drive around Johannesburg before transferring to the hotel for an early rest.

Day 3: Johannesburg – Entabeni Game Reserve (B/L/D)

After breakfast, transfer to Entabeni Game Reserve in Waterburg Region. The game drives will provide the opportunity to experience an authentic African safari in serene surroundings. The Entabeni Safari Conservancy offers diverse wildlife, open safari vehicles, creating an ideal wilderness atmosphere. It is not uncommon to see elephants, giraffes and different species of antelopes grazing in close proximity to the safari vehicles.

Day 4: Entabeni Game Reserve – Sun City (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the ‘City that Never Sleeps’ – Sun City, with dazzling and flamboyant architecture rising amidst wild African bush.  A few steps outside take you into the delights of a jungle, cliff-tumbling gardens, sparkling streams, waterfalls, waves, swimming pools, and al-fresco entertainment areas.

Day 5: Sun City – Pretoria – Johannesburg / Cape Town (B/L/D)

After breakfast, proceed to Pretoria for city tour. Visit the Voortrekker Monument, which is situated in the northern part of South Africa in the Pretoria region in a nature reserve. It is a unique Monument which commemorates the Pioneer history of Southern Africa. Next visit the Church Square. Church Square in central Pretoria was the site of the city’s first church, built in 1855. Continue to visit Union Building before transferring to Johannesburg airport for flight to Cape Town.

Day 6: Cape Town – Hout Bay – Cape Town (B/Lobster L/D)

Cape Town, en-route Hout Bay. Sun, sea and sand rank high amongst the Cape Peninsula’s draw card. We will pass Sea Point & Clifton where famous Hollywood celebrities’ up-market properties can be seen. At Hout Bay, the magnificent backdrop of Chapman’s Peak will be in front of you. Take a cruise (if weather permits) around the Sentinel Peak, where you will see hundred thousands of seals on the little islands. Arrive at Fishoek for a lobster lunch. After lunch, proceed to Simons Town for spectacular sightings of the African penguins on the seashore right next to the Boulders in Simons Town. Then head to Cape Point – the highlight is the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Nearly 8000 ha of Indigenous fynbos cover the reserve. During spring, this natural garden blooms in a surge of colour. About 1200 plant species have been recorded in the area. Cape Point is the southwestern most point and inspirational tip of Africa. For sheer majesty and excitement, visit to the Peninsula would not be complete without a trip to Cape Point. To reach the view site above Cape Point, take the Funicular Train to the top. Once you reach the base of the old lighthouse, be rewarded with magnificent vistas, taking in the whole of False Bay and the distant Hottentots-Holland Mountains, Danger Point and the surrounding seas.

Day 7: Cape Town – Winery – Ostrich Farm (B/Ostrich L/D)

After breakfast, visit the 2nd oldest town in South Africa – Stellenbosch. The place was named in honours of the innovative governor of the Cape, Simon Van Der Stel. Visit Paarl, founded in 1720 as a farming and wagon making centre.  Continue your journey to world famous Nederburg Wine Cellar, where you will have a chance to see the wine making process and also get to taste different wine. Then head northwest to visit an Ostrich Farm – the guide will show you around the ranch, telling you everything you need to know about the big bird. You will get a chance to ride on an ostrich! After the exercise, it is time for a delicious ostrich lunch.

Day 8: Cape Town – Addis Ababas (B/L)

After breakfast, embark on a city tour of this beautiful city where we bring you to Table Mountain for a 360 degree cable car ride (if weather permits) that will give you a breathtaking view overlooking the Harbour and Robbin Island. You will also get to visit the historical Malay Quarters and the Parliament. In the early afternoon, transfer to the airport for your return flight to Singapore via Addis Ababas.

Day 9: Arrive Singapore

Connect flight in Addis Ababas to Singapore. Arrive Singapore in the afternoon with fond memories of a wonderful tour to South Africa.
