Day 1: Singapore

Assemble in the evening at Changi International Airport for your flight to Pyongyang via Beijing.


Day 2: Beijing – Pyongyang (D)

Arrive Beijing in the morning and connect flight to Pyongyang. On arrival in Pyongyang, proceed to Ryomyong Street which was built in 2017 for the professors and scientists of Kim II Sung University. It is a modern and fancy street built in new pro-environmental architecture. Every flat has solar panels on windows and air circulation system using geothermal energy. About 4000 families live in this neighbourhood. Follow the marathon running course in advance to get ready for marathon. The Amateur Runners will be given tags from the relevant authorities.


Day 3: Pyongyang – Mt. Myohyang – Pyongyang (B/L/D)

This morning depart for Mt. Myohyang by coach. It is one of the five famous mountains in Korea. See the beautiful valleys, steep cliffs and magnificent ridges. Visit the unique International Friendship Exhibition. On display are tens of thousands of valuable gifts presented to their Great Leader Kim Jong Il. Thereafter, visit Pohyon Temple which was built in 1042. After lunch, return to Pyongyang. Visit the Monument to the Party Foundation and the Tower of Juche Idea.


Day 4: Pyongyang (Marathon Run) (B/L/D)

After breakfast, proceed to Kim II Sung Stadium for 31stMangyongdae Prize International Marathon Competition Run. After the run, the award ceremony will also be held at the Kim II Sung Stadium. Every participant will be given a certificate of participation and commemoration medal. Return back to the hotel to freshen up, followed by have lunch at the revolving restaurant while enjoy the city view. Then, visit Kim II Sung Square, which is the main square in Pyongyang city and can accommodate a rally of more than 100,000 people. The square has a great cultural significance as it is a common gathering place for rallies, dances and military parade. Next, the Meari Shooting Centre. Here, everyone can enjoy shooting pistols, rifles, arrows according to your preferences. After this, have dinner at a restaurant nearby the Shooting Centre.


Day 5: Pyongyang – Masikryong Resort (B/L/D)

After breakfast, visit Jangchon cooperative farm around Pyongyang. And then proceed to Mirim Riding Club and Mirim Aviation Club. After lunch in Pyongyang, embark on a long journey to Masikryong Resort by coach. Enjoy the scenery of the Ullim Waterfalls before arriving at the resort. Check in to Masikryong hotel and dinner will be served.

Day 6: Masikryong Resort – Mt. Kumgang – Masikryong Resort (B/L/D)

This morning, proceed to the remarkable mountain, nicknamed 12,000 peaks, Mt. Kumgang. Mt. Kumgang’s scenic zone changes with the four seasons. In spring, the mountain is surrounded by hundreds of blooming flowers, each spreading its unique scent. With this accompaniment, the mountain shines and shimmers with life. Therefore, it acquires the name Mt. Kumgang (Diamond Mountain). In summer, clouds float past the steep hill; greenery spreads through the land and bird chirps up high, as though one is living in Fairyland. Thus, it is named as Mt. Pongnae in this season. In autumn, maple leaves dress the mountain into a rosy Mt. Pungak. In winter, branches bare the sharpness and the snow glows on the peak, forming a beautiful painting known as Mt. Kaefol. As we make our way up on foot, enjoy this stunningly beautiful mountain with its forests, river & spectacular waterfalls. After lunch, visit Lagoon Samil. Drive to Masikryong Resort via Wonsan. Before arriving there, make a stop and take a walk on Wonsan square. Proceed to Masikryong Resort and overnight at hotel.


Day 7: Masikryong Resort – Pyongyang (B/L/D)

Depart Masikryong Resort for Pyongyang. Visit the Mausoleum of King Tong Myong, the founder of Koguryo Dynasty in BC 277. Lunch in Pyongyang. Visit Native Home in Mangyongdae, the birth place of Kim Il Sung, eternal President of DPR Korea. Four generations lived in this humble straw-thatched cottage which was often found in Korea before liberation. Next, visit the Pyongyang Metro, which is one of the main mode of transport in the city. It is a great edifice reminiscent of a palace for its architectural style, content, interior structure and ornament difference in each station. Next, embark on a city tour of Pyongyang and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Some attractions include Arch of Triump, Mansudae Fountain Park, Mass dance performed by thousands of people on the day of the Sun Festival.


Day 8: Pyongyang – Kaesong – Panmunjom – Pyongyang (B/L/D)

We will take a drive to Kaesong City, which is 198km south of Pyongyang and 8km to the military demorcation line – Panmunjom. Some of the interesting sights in Panmunjom include the Signing Hall of Armistice Agreement and the Conference Hall of the Military Armistice Commission. After lunch, walk through the residential area in Kaesong Street, Janam Hill (overlooking the traditional residential area of Kaesong City). Kaesong is the old ancient capital of Koryo era. Next, visit Koryo History Museum. Proceed to Sariwon; situated at the mid-way of Pyongyang-Kaesong Motorway. Visit Sariwon Folklore Street, North Korea’s most traditional street, where you can experience the culture, heritage and customs of the Korea nation for 5000 years. Upon returning to Pyongyang, visit Three Charters for National Reunification Monument. Visit to the Children’s Palace – the most comprehensive centre for extra-curricular activities for school children in Pyongyang. Sit back and enjoy a world-class children cultural performance or visit school children’s performances. Shopping at Gwangbok Supermarket. After that, walk to the Mirae Scientists Street (Future Scientist Street). It is a newly developed area in Pyongyang to house scientific institutions and their employees. The six-lane streets are located between Pyongyang Railway Station and Taedong River and are lined by the rise apartment.


Day 9: Pyongyang – Beijing – Singapore (B/L)

After breakfast, proceed to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum, followed by the Monuments of the Victory. After which, visit the US Spy Ship, “USS Pueblo”. Next, proceed to the Grand People’s Study House – the biggest national library which is storing 30 million volumes of books. For lunch, have cold noodle at Okryu restaurant. After lunch, transfer to airport for your return flight to Singapore via Beijing.


Day 10: Beijing – Singapore
