The ruins consist of an enormous city hidden on a spectacular green mountain
peaks. Despite all the years of research and studies of Machu Picchu,

Machu Picchu must have been an important ceremonial center. Machu Picchu

Capital of Peru” due to its vast variety of regional dances. En

and Sicuani, a traditional land of writers and poets. After lunch, proceed
to La Raya and Pucara, a town of talented ceramists where the famous
ceramic “Toritos de Pucara” (little bulls of Pucara) are

plazas interesting and exotic with their Andean flavour. After breakfast, we will proceed to Lake Titicaca,
the world;s highest lake and visit the Floating Islands of Uros,
inhabited by the ancient Aymaras who maintain the traditions of their
ancestors. These artificial islands were created by the Aymaras to escape
the Inca, who dominated the mainland at that time. After lunch, transfer

leisure activities and shopping. Transfer to Juliaca airport in the afternoon
